We adhere to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA’s) good manufacturing practices (GMPs) for manufacturers of dietary supplements. In addition, we are certified to manufacture Certified Organic and Certified Kosher products. SPL is registered with the FDA as an over-the-counter (OTC) manufacturing facility. We are also members of the National Nutritional Foods Association (NNFA) and the Organic Trade Association (OTA).

To further demonstrate our commitment to quality manufacturing and service, SPL is in the process of becoming an ISO 9001:2000-certified manufacturer.

The SPL facility was custom designed and is state-of-the-art. It is equipped with a sophisticated air purification system that removes dust, mold, pathogens and other potential contaminants. Our pharmaceutical-grade water filtration and purification system treats all water used in the facility. Climate controls are used throughout the facility to keep temperatures at optimal levels. Refrigerated storage space is available for your temperature-sensitive raw materials.

Only biodegradable detergents and cleansers accepted by our organic certifier are used in our cleaning and sanitation systems and throughout the facility. We also recycle our waste materials.

SPL is located in the pristine high desert near Moab, Utah. Our dry climate and pure air offer ideal conditions for producing, storing and transporting dietary supplements. Conveniently located near Interstate 70, SPL has access to national carriers as well as UPS and Federal Express.
